City Centre Me'aisem is a shopping mall located in the area and is owned by Majid Al Futtaim
The mall opened on 1 September 2015 and it serves as community mall located near the intersection of Al Khail Road and Shaikh Mohammand Bin Zayed Road. Named for its location in the Me’aisem area of Dubai Production City. It hosts 53+ stores with 325,000 SQFT of retails space.

There are currently 107 building developments in Dubai Production City. Of these, 64 are complete, 10 are at the planning stage, 17 are at various stages of construction and six are either on-hold or facing construction delays.
There were also 16 projects that have either been cancelled or never made it off the drawing board.
